SLU asst. Coach Jim Whitesell Talks about Canadian Tour



ST. LOUIS - Saint Louis men's basketball conducted its 10th and final day of pre-trip practices this morning at Chaifetz Arena in preparation for the Billikens' 10-day, five-game tour through Ontario, Canada.

SLU began its summer camp Aug. 1 and held more than 15 full-team training sessions in the past three weeks. The Billikens depart for Canada Friday, Aug. 19.

The Billikens play four teams during their five-game tour, beginning with the University of Windsor Monday, Aug. 22, in Windsor, Ontario. SLU then heads to London, Ontario, a game against the University of Western Ontario Tuesday, Aug. 23. Following an off day Wednesday, the Bills face the University of Ottawa Thursday, Aug. 25. SLU plays the first of two tilts against Carleton University Friday, Aug. 26, and wraps up the trip Saturday, Aug. 27, against the Ravens.
