After losing their first three games to open 2012, the Mustangs earned a 101-93 win over Brock on Saturday, Jan. 18, in St. Catharines. At 4-8, the Western men currently find themselves at the bottom of the OUA's tough West division. Windsor (9-3), meanwhile, is tied for third in the division with McMaster. The Lancers are riding a six-game winning streak dating back to Dec. 2. On the season, Windsor is shooting 45% from the field overall, and 33.6% from three-point range. Western comes in higher, at 46% overall and 39.1% from beyond the arc (which ranks seventh in the CIS). The Mustangs also have a higher percentage at the free throw line (74.9%) compared to the Lancers, whose 61.6% mark ranks second-last in the CIS.
